Over the last couple of months the US Postal Service has changed their shipping rules for going to the EU. USPS First Class is now non-compliant with EU Customs standards for everything other than priority mail. Because of this I am changing shipping to use a 3rd party service (Pirate Ship – cute name and Ascendia) that is an international shipping broker. This adds a considerable amount of labor on my side for the orders, but should result in cheaper shipping and customs compliant shipping to you and will arrive faster (10-14 days is the guidance they give)
This week I received 3 packages returned due to this rule, I will be reaching out to everyone and re-shipping this week.
Sorry in advance of any delayed parcels that are returned, ANY package that comes back to me will be re-shipped out at my cost on the new process ASAP.
