Description
The RAM 1″ ball mount CHIGEE AIO-5 Lite owners kept asking for. This high-strength bracket replaces the stock mount on the back of the device and accepts a 1″ Type-B RAM ball, dropping your AIO-5 Lite straight into the massive RAM Mounts ecosystem — bar mounts, arms, bases, and more.
It’s designed specifically around the hex-base RAM-B-337U ball. Extensive testing confirmed this is the best RAM ball for the job — the hex base resists rotating once installed and won’t unscrew itself on rough roads.
Fits
- CHIGEE AIO-5 Lite
Designed for the hex-base RAM-B-337U 1″ ball (Type B). Doesn’t include any other RAM hardware — arms, bases, and so on are separate.
Why carbon-fiber nylon
Printed in high-end engineering-grade carbon-fiber Nylon-12 for serious durability, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance. For a structural mount that lives out in the weather and heat, this material blows PETG, ASA, and ABS out of the water.
Two options
This part comes as either a Mount Only or a Full Kit:
Mount Only includes:
- The JK3D carbon-fiber nylon mount adapter
- 4 × 3 mm stainless steel hex-head cap screws
- 4 × washers / lock washers
- You supply the RAM ball — RAM-B-337U — and a 1/4″-20 × 1/2″ flat-head screw.
Full Kit includes:
- The JK3D carbon-fiber nylon mount adapter
- 4 × 3 mm stainless steel hex-head cap screws
- 4 × washers / lock washers
- 1 × 1/4″-20 stainless steel flat-head screw
- The RAM-B-337U ball, included
Neither option includes any other RAM mount hardware (arms, bases, etc.).
Installing it
Tools required:
- CHIGEE Torx / security Torx tools (included with the AIO-5) to remove the stock back plate
- 5/32″ hex driver for the 1/4″-20 flat-head screw that holds the RAM ball to the base
- 2.5 mm hex driver for the 4 × 3 mm bolts into the AIO-5
- Blue threadlocker
