CHIGEE AIO-5 Lite 1″ RAM Ball mount

This has been a high demand item since the CHIGEE AIO-5 Lite launched – A 1″ RAM compatible ball mount.   This solution replaces the mounting bracket on the back of the device with a high strength mount that accepts a RAM 1″ ball (Type B).   This mount is designed to work with the hex base RAM Ball: RAM-B-337U.   Extensive testing has happened to verify this is the best RAM ball option for this use-case.   This model of RAM ball will resist rotating when installed and will not unscrew.

Printed with high end engineering grade Carbon Fiber Nylon-12 for serious durability, temperature resistance, and chemical resistance.   This material blows away PETG, ASA, ABS in these use cases.

This part is offered in 2 options – Mount Ony, and a full Kit, the differences are below:

• The JK3D Carbon Fiber Nylon mount adapter
• 4x 3mm Stainless Screws (Hex Head cap screws)
• 4x Washers/lock washers
• 1x 1/4-20″ Stainless Steel Flat Head Screw

Neither kit includes any other RAM mount hardware (Arms, bases, etc…)

Tools Required:

• CHIGEE Torx/Security Torx tools included with the AIO-5 (used to remove the stock back plate)
• 5/32″ Hex Drive (for the 1/4″-20 Flat Head screw to hold the RAM ball to the base)
• 2.5mm Hex drive to secure the 4x 3mm bolts to the AIO-5
• Blue Thread lock compound (locktite, etc…)

Warranty/Guarantee: 

JK3D will warranty the CHIGEE AIO-5 1″ Ram Ball mount from breaking or material failure for a period if 6 months from date of order (Failure of the JK3D fabricated parts only).  Purchasers making modifications to their CHIGEE device, Vehicle, or any other associated systems are fully responsible for repairs if damage should occur while using JK3D.us products. JK3D.us will not be liable for repairs or costs associated to the use of JK3D.us parts.  If you are not comfortable with the install instructions or processes, please consult a mechanic/professional.
